HOUSE BILL NO. 403                                                            
"An Act requiring that automobile liability insurance include                 
coverage for uninsured or underinsured motor vehicles and an                   
offer of policy limits for that coverage equal to coverage                     
voluntarily purchased for bodily injury or death; and providing for
